A second lawsuit has been filed that challenges the gerrymandered maps that give legislative Republicans many more seats compared to their actual level of support among Wisconsin voters. We’ll talk to people behind last week’s first lawsuit and ask if it’s realistic to expect new electoral maps in 2024 that aren’t rigged.

The Wisconsin state Capitol was the scene Tuesday of the formal investiture of new Supreme Court Justice Janet Protasiewicz. Nearby, a former conservative Supreme Court candidate was proclaiming himself a victim for being ousted as head of the state court system now that progressives control the high court.
