Brittney Merlot is Civic Media’s Meteorologist. Wisconsin has it all—from snow squalls to severe storms—and she’s here for all of it. Born and raised in a Chicago suburb, her first forecasting job took her to Duluth and the Northwoods, where Lake Superior sparked a lifelong passion for weather and environmental issues. After moving to the Fox Valley, she saw just how much the Great Lakes shape life across Wisconsin. Now based in Wausau, Brittney is an outdoor enthusiast and truth-seeker.
