They’re blocking millions of dollars to address a healthcare crisis in the Chippewa Valley. And now they’re blocking $36 million in opioid settlement money from being used for proven treatment and counseling programs. It leads to valid curiosity of whether some of our legislators are simply rooting for Wisconsin to fail.
