Earl Ingram, Civic morning show host, joins us as cohost. In this hour, we discuss the need for those in the judicial branch to hold a certain level-headedness. A calm, measured perspective that demonstrates high regard for the experiences of others. In other words, Judge Brad Schimel is out for consideration for the state's highest court. Not to worry, there's another candidate running for the spot! Vote Judge Susan Crawford for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice by Tuesday, April 1st. You can check your voter registration and all items on your ballot here.

Judicial temperament matters. We want the people on our courts, especially our state Supreme Court, to be respectful and able to set aside partisan beliefs. Brad Schimel shows again and again and again that he is simply incapable of doing so. He calls the justices he seeks to join "dumb as a sack of hammers" and "addled." This is a big race. Not only in terms of finding a judge with appropriate attitude. The total cost for this election is projected to reach or pass $100 Million. Enough already, we need to change campaign finance.
