Happy Friday, recombobulators!

It’s been a couple weeks since our last radio roundup (I was on vacation!), and we’re slowly but surely recombobulating our way back into a normal schedule (or, normal for us, at least). And yes, that mailbag column is still coming.

Also: After record rainfall rocked Milwaukee and southeastern Wisconsin last week, I helped out a bit with Civic Media’s coverage of the flooding. You can see some of that in photos here, with more photos from Jennie Brand and Stuart J. Wattles. Here are a few more of my photos from Wauwatosa and Germantown below.

If you have ways people can help after this disastrous flooding, please send me a message or leave a comment below, and I’ll be happy to spread the word.

But, here’s what you might have missed from my radio appearances on Civic Media over the past week. We’ll go in chronological order.

Every Tuesday at 8:30 a.m., I join Pat Kreitlow on “Mornings with Pat Kreitlow” (6-9 a.m. across the Civic Media network).

Also on Tuesday, I joined “The Maggie Daun Show” (4-6 p.m. on Civic Media) to talk about the latest Democratic candidate running in the 1st Congressional District, an important veto from Gov. Evers on voting rights, and more.

On Tuesday evening, I joined “Nite Lite with Pete Schwaba” (6-8 p.m. on Civic Media) Pete and I were talking recently and learned that we both love HBO’s “The Wire” so we figured, why not talk about it on the show? Well, that conversation finally happened, and here it is. It ran a little long, and stretched into Hour 2.

And as I always do at 10 a.m. on Fridays, I joined Jane Matenaer and Greg Bach for “Matenaer On Air” (9-11 a.m. on Civic Media) to recombobulate on the week that was. Listen or watch below.
