Appleton attorney appointed to Outagamie County Circuit Court seat

Appleton attorney Whitney Healy will fill the seat vacated when Judge Mark J. McGinnis resigns in February. On Friday, Gov. Tony Evers appointed Healy to the Outagamie County Circuit Court – Branch 1.
