MILWAUKEE, Wis (Civic Media) — President Joe Biden will be back in the Brew City this week.

The President is set to return to Milwaukee on Tuesday to highlight his administration’s progress in replacing lead pipes across Wisconsin and the nation, according to a White House announcement.

The visit will focus on the billions of dollars allocated for lead pipe replacement through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Biden is expected to discuss efforts to create “good paying jobs” as part of this initiative. The specific location of his mid-day stop has not been publicly disclosed.

As Biden spotlights progress in Milwaukee, political activity in Wisconsin continues. The First Lady of Minnesota, Gwen Walz, is scheduled to make two campaign stops in the state on Wednesday, visiting Beloit and Madison. These will mark her sixth and seventh campaign appearances in Wisconsin since Governor Tim Walz joined the ticket.

Last week, Vice President Kamala Harris rallied in Ripon with Wyoming Republican Liz Cheney. Former President Donald Trump held a rally at the Dodge County Airport in Juneau on Sunday, following recent stops in Dane and Milwaukee counties.
