Trump Campaign announces lineup of speakers for RNC 2024

MILWAUKEE (Civic Media) – The Donald J. Trump Campaign and Republican National Convention’s Committee on Arrangements is announcing a list of speakers who will appear at the RNC in Milwaukee.

The list includes politicians, celebrities, and Trump’s family members. A full list is at the end of this article.

All of the speakers are in addition to the announcement of Trump’s pick for vice president on Wednesday, and the designation of Trump as the Republican candidate for president on Thursday.

In addition to Trump’s family members and several business leaders and entertainers, a number of politicians are expected to speak. The list includes Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, Senate candidate Eric Hovde, and Host Committee Chairman Reince Priebus, who is from Wisconsin.

Dozens of Republican senators and representatives from Congress, as well as governors and other government officials, are scheduled to speak.

There are several others who will speak to the RNC this week that aren’t in politics as announced by the Trump Campaign, described as “everyday American convention speakers.” In addition, there are several events and panels scheduled during the RNC this week.

Some of the events around the RNC are open to the public and are outside of the secure perimeter established by the Secret Service.

The convention happens just days after Trump was hit by a bullet during an apparent assassination attempt on Saturday in western Pennsylvania. Trump himself posted after the shooting that he was coming to Wisconsin for the RNC, which was also confirmed in statements by the RNC host committee and his campaign.
