We’re joined by Debra Cronmiller of the Wisconsin League of Women Voters about the unnecessary constitutional amendment on today’s ballot. And Secretary of State Sarah Godlewski is urging everyone to make this day special by making a plan to vote and getting friends and family to do the same.

Wisconsin Secretary of State Sarah Godlewski
We talk to WI Secretary of State Sarah Godlewski about working in state offices that aren't funded to the level they should, about JD Vance as the GOP VP nominee, how the President's policies have served Wisconsinites and Tammy Baldwin's record in her race vs. Eric Hovde. Also the Woodchucks stay red-hot, the Brewers well represented in tonight's MLB All-Star Game and our Daily History Lesson.

Off and Running (Hour 2)
We have multiple candidates making official announcements this morning that they’re running for seats in the Wisconsin Legislature. Our Women Win Wisconsin segment, now hosted by Motherhood for Good, welcomes Secretary of State Sarah Godlewski. And we’ll review last night’s episode of Top Chef with Luke Mathers.
What’s Next for Schools (Hour 2)
We’ll review key results from Wisconsin’s spring election contests, including nearly 100 school referendums around the state. What happens next in the districts where those requests failed despite the possibility of serious cuts to programs or positions?
Immigration Reform: Green Shoots or More Weeds? (Hour 2)
Recently something happened very quietly on the subject of immigration reform. A bipartisan group including members of Congress made progress on reforming agricultural visas. It would be a game-changer for the migrant farm workers keeping Wisconsin’s dairy industry healthy. We’ll ask if what appears to be the first green shoots of good legislation growing in a barren US House will be choked off by the usual conservative weeds. Also, Lt. Gov. Sara Rodriguez reminds us to get out and vote today.
Secretary Of State Sarah Godlewski Joins Us! (Hour 2)
In the second hour, we want to know how much does it take to retire in Wisconsin? Do you have enough?? Is talking about this topic make you uneasy?? We pull out the receipts and W2's and have a frank talk about a sensitive topic. We then welcome Wisconsin Secretary of State Sarah Godlewski to the show and discuss all the work she has done in her first year since taking office!

Peace on Earth, War at Home
The holiday season brings tranquility to many families and homes, but not to all of them. Domestic violence often surges at this time of year. We’ll talk to a leader who advocates for domestic abuse victims about warning signs and resources. And Secretary of State Sarah Godlewski talks about why she’s calling on a member of the Wisconsin Elections Commission to step down.
Note: Our live shows return on January 2nd. Stay tuned for several pre-produced holiday conversations and excerpts from our favorite 2023 shows.
