Trump is due for sentencing in the election interference through fraudulent financial documents. Today, he seeks SCOTUS interference to delay or dismiss the case once more. In *some* good news (maybe?), Merrick Garland announced that he intends for Jack Smith's Special Counsel report on January 6th, 2021 to reach the public.
