Guests: James L. Santelle, Kathleen Cummings
Last May, former Waukesha Alder and Waukesha County Supervisor Kathleen Cummings was acquitted on 7 criminal charges of election fraud, ending a 30-month ordeal that cost her over $85,000 in legal fees, separation from her family, and significant damage to her reputation. In her first media appearance since her vindication, Kathleen shares her story about her triumph over a grave injustice. Contributing to the interview was retired U.S. Attorney James Santelle (host of Amicus: A Law Review), who believes this matter should never have gone to trial.
