Melissa, Seth and James sit down with you to catch up after the weekend. First they get a weather update from Britney Merlot, then they try to hack their brains, and help you figure out yours, celebrate your birthdays and anniversaries, and more!
The Gang continues with entertainment news, the greatest TV moms of all time, things that were suppose to be big but ended up not being (huh?), and That Ain’t Right and Good Stories of the Day.
The James Gang (yay!) wraps up the week with when you start being uncool, the El Café Birthday and Anniversary Club, Culver’s Star of the Day, and fun facts about Mother’s Day.
Seth and James continue with Pet of the Week and entertainment news. Then Tea for Two (Anna Rebecca and Carly Behrens) takes the WFHR stage and plays a couple of songs. Finally, the show wraps with Good Stories of the Day.
James and Seth start Thursday with the tag on mattresses and its history, the El Café Birthday and Anniversary Club, 4 bad habits to wake up to (and 4 good ones), and when you start feeling those aches and pains.
