Dr. Tim Slekar is a higher education strategic design consultant with over 30 years of experience as a teacher, professor, and education leader. He has taught at the elementary, middle, and college levels and served as Dean of the School of Education at Edgewood College. A respected scholar, Dr. Slekar?s research appears in peer-reviewed journals, and he has been featured on CNN, MSNBC, and FOX News. Known for helping spark the nationwide opt-out movement against standardized testing, he successfully opted his own children out of No Child Left Behind testing. Dr. Slekar remains a passionate advocate for public education and equity.
