At the bottom of the hour, Dr. Tim Slekar of BustED Pencils returns for his weekly visit to talk education. Education programs around the country are suffering, and Wisconsin is no exception. One proposed solution to our shortage of employed teachers is to issue emergency education licenses, but Tim doesn’t think this is such a great idea. Ultimately, he believes that one of our biggest issues is the deterioration of working conditions for educators. He walks through some possible ways to solve these problems.
