The 25th Assembly District covers parts of Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties in southeastern Wisconsin southeast of Green Bay.
By Jimmie Kaska, Civic Media StaffWISCONSIN (Civic Media) – Incumbent Republican Paul Tittl has been called the winner of the race for the 25th Assembly District in Wisconsin.
The Associated Press made the call Tuesday evening.
The Republican Party was favored in this district going into the election, according to CNalysis. The district was considered very likely Republican with a projected margin of 17 points.
Tittl, who was first elected to the Assembly in 2012, is a business owner and serves on 10 total committees and task forces. He also has served in city and county government in Manitowoc.
Tittl defeated Democratic challenger Stephen Welch, a U.S. Air Force veteran.
