RACINE, Wis. (WRJN) — Racine County voters will head to the polls again in a couple of weeks. People will again make a pick Nov. 21 for a primary election to select candidates for county executive, which follows the unexpected death of Jonathan Delagrave.

Four candidates have officially entered the race to fill the vacant position. The primary ballot features County Clerk Wendy Christensen, Lorenzo Santos from Racine County Emergency Government, former educator Melvin Hargrove, and local businessman Ralph Malicki.

The two candidates receiving the most votes in the primary will advance to a final election on Dec. 19.

Some municipalities have already started sending out ballots if you decided to vote by mail, and, depedning on where you live, in-person absentee voting can begin as early as Nov. 7.

You can use the MyVote.Wi.Gov website to learn more about voting options.
