MILWAUKEE, Wis (Civic Media) – The Milwaukee Brewers are eyeing a playoff berth this season while simultaneously planning for future enhancements at American Family Field.

The team recently reached out to fans via email this week, seeking input on potential stadium renovations, a move supported by a $500 million funding plan approved by the Wisconsin legislature and signed by Gov. Tony Evers last December. The funding ensures the Brewers remain in Milwaukee through 2050, with taxpayers contributing to the stadium’s improvements.

Among the proposed ideas is a “Brewers Bash” zone, reminiscent of the popular Deer District, featuring bars, food stands, and big screens, even during the off-season. This area would also host live entertainment. Additionally, the team is considering a revamped Family Zone, a Brew HQ Social Patio, and a semi-private seating area called a “theater box.”

The Brewers are also addressing immediate concerns, such as the maintenance of escalators at the stadium following a malfunction that injured 11 fans last month. Meanwhile, a winterization project is expected to be completed after the 2025 season.
