The debate was surprisingly cordial, but JD Vance did not defy expectations with his non-answers on difficult topics like abortion and election denialism.
At the bottom of the hour, State Senator Kelda Roys returns to the show to update us on what she’s been up to around the state. With WI Republicans electing to gavel out of the legislative session early, Sen. Roys has had extra free time. She has been taking advantage of that time to campaign for candidates who support funding for education and childcare in our state.

As is often the case, the hottest topic of MAGA mouthpieces is illegal immigration. Pat catches us up on the Wisconsin GOP’s efforts to make it illegal for undocumented folks to vote. This is already not legal, and detailed investigations have found all of three individuals that voted illegally in this manner. We’re so glad that our representatives are spending taxpayer dollars on resolving this “rampant” fraud. NOT.
