President Or Mob Boss? (Hour 1)
Donald Trump’s lawyers are throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks. They now argue that unless a United States President is impeached and removed from office, they are completely immune to any and all legal prosecution. This includes the specific examples of selling state secrets, selling pardons, and even sending Seal Team 6 to assassinate political rivals. Clearly, this is absolute nonsense, so why are they even presenting this argument? Pat Kreitlow of UpNorthNews Radio and Trygve Olson of The Lincoln Project share their opinions before we welcome our friend Matt Flynn of Matt Flynn - Direct. Matt is an attorney, and he believes that this venture is destined to fail.
Donald Trump has also failed to sign paperwork in the state of Illinois certifying that he will not try to overthrow the government if he loses the election. By electing not to do this, he is essentially declaring that he does indeed intend to overthrow the government. This comes as no surprise, as Trygve has been telling us about Trump’s autocratic signals for months.

They believe Trump is dangerous enough that those in Paul Ryan’s position need to do everything in their power to stop him from getting back into office. The civil suit has been settled with a promise that the electors will not serve as electors in the future, but Jim Troupis and Kenneth Chesebro are not yet off the hook. We welcome Pat Kreitlow of UpNorthNews Radio, Trygve Olson of The Lincoln Project, and Matt Flynn of Matt Flynn Direct to provide their political and legal expertise on the situation.
