All The Best People: Round 486 (Hour 1)
Here at Matenaer On Air Laboratories And Fine Furniture, we don't want to say "we told you so", but on the topic of tariffs, we will hold our tongues. Turns out, the shining light in the president-elect's economic "package" will have some big effects on a massive, American business. Next, we turn our heads to one, Ben Wikler, Chair of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, who is on the short life to run the National Democratic Party. Then we welcome Civic Media's own Dom Salvia to delve into another installment of All The Best People. From Matt Gaetz, to Brendan Carr, to RFK, Jr. to Wisconsin's very own Sean Duffy, the cabinet is shaping up nicely (with creeps).

Maggie continues the discussion from former guest Tom Moore regarding the appointees of President Elect Donald Trump. The conversation includes a brief overview of the three branches of government: the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, emphasizing the importance of having qualified individuals in these positions. Dom Salvia also joins the program to discuss Trump's recent review, during which reporters visited Mar-a-Lago to address various issues with him. They explore the possibility of collaboration with Trump, contingent upon his willingness to engage with them. (Access Journalism)

Corruption and Slander: it’s all 45 can offer… (Hour 2)
First, Maggie talks money. Special guest Sarah Chayes, author and journalist with an impressive national portfolio, joins Maggie to talk corruption. Sarah's done everything from reporting for National Public Radio in Paris to covering the fall and resurgence of the Taliban in Afghanistan. She served as a special advisor to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Sarah's also served as senior associate in the Democracy and Rule of Law Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Sarah literally wrote the book on corruption, so she knows corruption when she sees it. And she sees it in America. Now.
Then, it's Maggie and Dom's weekly catch-up on the Maggie Daun Show, In Case You Missed It with Dom Salvia! Today, they continue covering corruption in America as well as Trump's latest slandering of various groups of people he's trying to get to vote for him... They start with 45 insulting Detroit... in Detroit.

Mike Johnson Can’t Take The Heat (Hour 2)
For today's edition of Maggie and the Millionaires Talking Money, Maggie interviews Morris Pearl, the Board Chair of the Patriotic Millionaires. Previously, Mr. Pearl was a managing director at BlackRock, one of the largest investment firms in the world. Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Pearl had a long tenure on Wall Street where he invented some of the securitization technology connecting America’s capital markets to consumers in need of credit. He co-authored Tax the Rich: How Lies, Loopholes and Lobbyists Make the Rich Richer, and the upcoming Pay the People: Why Fair Pay is Good for Business and Great for America.
At the bottom of the hour, Dom Salvia joins Maggie to talk about Mike Johnson's recent interview with George Stephanopoulos. Just like JD Vance, Johnson refuses to answer the most important question: will he acknowledge that Donald Trump lost the 2020 election?

Staggering Disparity (Hour 2)
In the top of the hour, Maggie talks money with Nabil Ahmed and Scott Elliss. Nabil Ahmed is the Director of Economic and Racial Justice at Oxfam, America. He has authored and co-authored Oxfam reports, including “Inequality Kills” and “Inequality Inc.” Nabil, Scott, and Maggie talk about the newest report out of Oxfam on extreme wealth inequality.
For the second half hour, Maggie chops it up with Dom Salvia. They continue the discussion of enormous wealth disparity, moving the discussion to candidates for US Senator representing Wisconsin. Whereas Eric Hovde has demanded that his opponent, Senator Tammy Baldwin must release her partner's clients' financial records, he's been astoundingly shy about his own personal records. He's been shady on his involvement with troubled Mexican banks, as reported this past Thursday.

Sane-Washing And Child Care (Hour 1)
Oh what a beautiful morning! We have a packed show today and it starts with two guys with two thoughts on the same topic and boy howdy does it get weird! We then talk about how the media is normalizing or "Sane-Washing" the former president in what seems like an effort to make him look like a regular guy, which he is not. The crew then welcomes Dom Salvia, host of the new Dom Salvia show to talk about non-existent voter fraud in Dodge County, as well as JD Vance knowing nothing about Haitian culture.

Stronger Together (Hour 2)
We the People- what do those words even mean? It means we are stronger together than we could ever be when we tear ourselves apart. Dom chose to ink those words- We the People- onto himself, because he believes in them. In this hour, he and Earl discuss the importance of clinging to this simple truth- that together we are stronger than we are apart. In an age of intense division, some unity, some love goes a long way. But it can't all be love and unifying rainbows. Because not everyone is playing by these guides. And there is simply too much at stake.

Guess Who’s Back… (Hour 1)
Setting the tone for his new show, Dom joins forces with Earl Ingram to hold Trump accountable for his nonsense. Yeah, we're talking sanewashing- where media reports what Trump might have intended to say... without including everything that he actually said. So here you can expect to find what he really said, in all its unholy glory.
For example, in a town hall style event, Trump fumbled his way through a response to a question about prioritizing funding for child care. He said it was really not that expensive and not a big deal. He claims time and time again that he's been indicted more than Al Capone (untrue). The weird thing there is that he somehow wears that as a badge of honor? He held a campaign stop in Mosinee and went off about Hannibal Lecter again. What Trump says matters. And we should be listening closely as he tells us over and over again who he is.
