The busiest man we know this time of year is Santa Claus. He makes a special trip to the Maino & The Mayor studio to bring our listeners a special gift! He reads this letter during his visit:
Dear Jim and John,
Ho, ho, ho!
While your behavior this year has left a little room for improvement (perhaps a few less cookies and a bit more kindness?), your loyal listeners have been absolutely wonderful! And because they've been so good, I thought they deserved a very special gift this Christmas season.
The elves at the North Pole have been hard at work in their workshop—and with a little magical engineering, they've built something extra special: a brand-new radio signal to spread even more joy across Appleton and the Fox Valley!
From this day forward, WISS will have not one but two signals bringing holiday cheer and more to the Fox Valley! Your listeners can now tune in to 98.3 in Oshkosh and the shiny new 96.5 in Appleton!
