Currently, he has found his audience on social media, specifically TikTok breaking down the truths, the lies and the busting the myths on all things energy.
Then, on Maino & the Mayor, Burkel's One Block Over is hosting an event this Saturday with the organization "As You Were". The group connects with veterans and writes songs about their experiences. We were joined by James Fitzgerald, James Goodletson, who is a veteran, and singer/songwriter Jason Sever. Jason shares two great songs that he's written and recorded. UpNorthNews Radio hears from three women attending the Democratic convention on behalf of their home counties up north. We’ll discuss the impact of new legislative maps that undo years of Republican cheating and we’ll assess a proposal from GOP Congressman Tom Tiffany to turn the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore into a national park. True to form, Tiffany’s proposal appears meant to benefit developers, not our natural resources.
