We hear from a local man who’s skied in 30 Birkies, a Swiss family, an eight-year-old boy attending his first race, and an advocate for disabled skiers. We share the original audio, as well as some reflections from Al Michaels about that fateful day 44 years ago. Listeners also call and text in with their memories of the Miracle On Ice.
