Act 10, the 2011 Scott Walker law that stripped away rights from public workers, was always based on a sham premise: that state workers could be fairly divided into two groups, one that would be exempt from losing rights—coincidentally, the same group of unions that endorsed Scott Walker in 2010. The willful blindness of (coincidentally!) conservative judges and justices finally came to an end on Monday.
