To begin today’s show, we recap President Biden’s Oval Office address from last night. It was essentially his formal withdrawal from the race. He also expressed gratitude for the support he has received over his political career, calling Americans to action to continually support democracy. 

Todd reviews Joe Biden’s political legacy, highlighting a moment from 2012 when the then-Vice President broke from Obama’s position to support marriage equality. This clip is a perfect example of Joe Biden’s willingness to own up to mistakes and grow as a human being. In part, we have Biden to thank for the marriage equality rights we enjoy today. We take some emotional calls on the topic. Our very own Chad Holmes, host of The Chad Holmes Show on WXCO Bull Falls Radio in Wausau, calls in to share his thoughts. 

Kamala Harris has released her first campaign ad, and it’s appropriately energetic. We play it for you and explain our thoughts.
