He is an active commercial and residential realtor in both the Madison and Milwaukee area markets. Troy has also been a strong advocate for small business, serving as a consultant for Dane Buy Local and as one of the co-founders and presidents of the Evanston (IL) Small Business Association (ESBA) whose efforts led to the local Northwestern University tripling its expenditures with small businesses from $9 million to $27 million in one year.
