Recently, WRJN was advised by an attorney for the estate of Paul and Lynn Harvey.
That the rest of the story broadcast we've been airing were provided by a party that
did not have the rights to issue us authority to air the program.
We're working with the family's attorney now to return the rest of the story to WRJN,
but until we can work those terms out, we're honoring the family's request to discontinue
airing the rest of the story at this time.
Again, we apologize.
We know you look forward to hearing it every day at this time.
But for now, we're going to follow the rules and work with the family in order to make
sure our licensing and our ability to air Paul Harvey in the rest of the story is within
all the legal limits.
