The government is open (finally) and it seems more and more like the Democrats caved, as nothing they were fighting for will be taken up, including and most importantly, tax credits for those on The ACA. Speaking of Healthcare, the GOP know there's a problem, they REALLY wanna fix it, but currently have no plans, except for maybe a reboot. And yesterday we spoke about a small provision in the bill to open the government that would allow elected officials to sue the American people, but don't worry, our guy Rojo wouldn't think of enriching himself with our money. Because it's Thursday, we welcome Jim Santelle to the show! He is the host of Amicus: A Law Review and a former US Attorney.
