Not gonna lie, folks...today is a weird day. We are celebrating a man who, along with many others, changed this country for the better. On the other side of the coin, The White House shall, once again be occupied by a man, along with many others who seek to make this country the worse. We can't not talk about it, and we will do our best to shed as much light on our day as possible, but we can't turn away from reality coming our way this afternoon. In other news, President Biden has issued preemptive pardons for those who spoke out against the incoming president. We're also welcome Dr. Kristin Lyerly to the show to discuss the health of men and why they tend to be lonely, affecting their long term health.
