The hour starts off with Randy Van Straten, Senior Vice President of Business & Community Health at Bellin Sports Medicine. They talk more about running, marathons and Ironman competitions. He also gives a bit of a history on the Bellin Run in Green Bay. It's an interesting story about how it got started years and years ago. The the VERY wonderful Mrs. Schmitt (the former Mayor's mom) joins us on the phone to talk about what makes a great mother's day. She seems like such a wonderful lady!
