And this kind of a big story, you know, because of what Christie Noem said.
You know, they continue to watch some other video insisting that they're watching the same video we are.
Ah, OK.
The rest of America is watching.
They're watching something else.
You know, you can't really be that partisan, so partisan, that you actually see something different in reality than everybody else in the country, but for some reason they are.
So this is Jake Tapper, Kristi Noem, and this is what happened.

The shooting, we should note, was Wednesday at 10.37 a.m.
Eastern.
Just over two hours later, the Department of Homeland Security put out a statement definitively asserting what had happened, defending the ICE agent, accusing Renee Good of domestic terrorism.
That's a characterization that you reiterated in a press conference half an hour later.
And Republican Senator Tom Tillis said, quote, it was very unusual to have a senior law enforcement official to draw a conclusion about an event where the scene was still being processed.
Generally speaking, law enforcement would recognize that a life was lost, that families are changed forever, the shooter's life will change forever,
We're collecting video.
We're trying to assess the situation.
Why did you not wait for an investigation before making your comments?
to know this information as soon as possible, had just been in Minneapolis the day before, had already had conversations with officers on the ground and supervisors and knew the facts and decided that the department and the people of this country deserved to know the truth of the situation of what had unfolded
in Minneapolis.
With all due respect, Secretary, the first thing you said was, quote, what happened was our ICE officers were out in an enforcement action, they got stuck in the snow.
because of the adverse weather that is in Minneapolis.
They were attempting to push out their vehicle and a woman attacked them and those surrounding them and attempted to run them over and rammed them with her vehicle.
That's not what happened.
We all saw what
before.

was attempting to do exactly and the cars were moving Through that area they weren't stuck in the snow or immovable stuck on ice none of that happened And she didn't confront them like that in any way shape or form all right now let's
Let's listen to what her response is, which is really unbelievable.
Just a blank stare, but let's listen to her response when Jake Tapper brought up January 6th.
I want to ask a question about the rules of how law enforcement is allowed to engage when feeling threatened per your assertions.
Because I want to show some video to you right now and ask, what is the appropriate response for the police officers in this situation?
Those are law enforcement officers being physically attacked.
By this standard, would any of those officers being justified in shooting and killing the people causing them physical harm?

President Trump pardoned every single one of those people.

undisputed proof, undisputed evidence.
And I just said President Trump pardoned all of them.
And you said that President Trump is enforcing all the laws equally.
It's just not true.
There's a different standard for law enforcement officials being attacked if they're being attacked by Trump supporters.
We just saw that.
It's the rhetoric that's causing all of this, right?
Just word salads.
And of course, gaslighting.
Can't forget that.
Now, they did talk about Jonathan Ross, the individual who shot Renee and...
Tapper played this clip of Ross saying a very nasty thing about Renee after he actually shot her right, so let's let's listen

Doing a disservice to the officer by reaching a conclusion before the investigation takes place.

Yes, so it is the language of the mayor, of course, that she's focusing on there, and this heated rhetoric has just got to stop.
It makes you angry just thinking about what she's saying and her attitude during the entire interview.
She answered none of the questions.
She's stuck to a story that we all can see is completely lie.
I don't know even where to go with that, except we're supposed to spend equal time criticizing the mayor for using the F word as we are, as criticism for doing what they did, ICE agents in Minneapolis.
So each, we have to balance that out.
It's gotta be equal.
Equal time, we got to criticize the mayor a lot.
I don't think so.
I mean, we all saw what the mayor saw.
We all feel the way the mayor feels, and that's pretty much except for some of the magas out there who obviously don't watch the videos.
They simply want to take the word of the administration and believe everything the administration says.
You know, Jonathan Ross, the car didn't hit him.
He pushed off with his arm.
with his hand.
I remember he was touching the car and he was keeping his balance on there and he pushed off on that and that's what it looks like.
The car actually hit him and no it didn't.
He pushed off and he shot three times.

They're out there just kicking ass, basically.
They're pulling people out of cars while they're filling their cars up with gas.
Pushing people around, the one that really stunned me was the guy was recording one of the ICE agents.
Oh, yeah.
He pushed them.
No, the ICE agent pushed the guy recording him.
And then he backed up, and then the ice agent attacked him.
And
And that's what they've been doing it.
all this time, actually.
So, I mean, that's what you're seeing on a regular basis here.
Now, I don't know, I know they sent 50 more ice agents into Minneapolis to add to the 1,000 already they're causing this mayhem.
Well, I don't know where Tim Walz is on this, but he threatened to bring out the National Guard.

We do not need any further help from the federal government.
To Donald Trump and Christie Nome, you've done enough.
There's nothing more important than Minnesota's safety.
I've issued a warning order to prepare the Minnesota National Guard.
We have soldiers in training and prepared to be deployed if necessary.
I remind you, a warning order is a heads up for folks.
And these National Guard troops are our National Guard troops.
their teachers in your community, their business owners, their construction professionals, they are Minnesotans.
Minnesota will not allow our community to be used as a prop in a national political fight.
We will not take the bait.
We do not need any further help from the federal government.

This is a major escalation, but it's a necessary one.

Well, they already have a lot of cameras in many cities that are AI powered with facial recognition.
Flock cameras is one of the biggest brands that get rented out by police stations or I

The stunning part for me was how easy it was for the military to find the people they wanted to find.
That was an eye-opener for me.
And I think a lot of that is based on actual...
Circumstances by the military, how they use their technology.
And I just thought, wow, you can't really hide from the military.
I mean, they've got your entire history of shopping, buying, travel, everything, all of it, your cell phone history.

He's been doxxed people are threatened to kill him So he's not good.
He know he fears for him and his family and Again, let the best investigation play out before you know Say you want to execute this man?
Let the investigation play out.

There's gonna be witness testimony to a body cam footage.
So, you know, let them that's just

Let the investigation play out, but this officer is not in a good spot, emotionally, for his family.
You see upset about what took place?
Of course he is.
I mean, any law enforcement officer who uses any sort, you know, I've been around a long time, even if it's less lethal for us.
If you might put hands on somebody and take them down, it affects you.
all the time.
Not everybody.
I've never used lethal force personally.
I can only imagine.
I've based my 40 plus years.
I've never met an officer who had to use lethal force that felt good about it.
It's a terrible, terrible thing to go through.
Let the investigation play out.
Yeah.
I don't think the administration is letting the investigation play out.
Right.
So, but we're supposed to wait, let the investigation play out, and hear probably the same conclusion they've already drawn on the situation of Minneapolis.

Lawyers are trying to fight back against ICE.
but they've run into three kinds of serious obstacles.
The first problem is the Supreme Court.
In a decision in September, the court outrageously said that ICE agents can
Detain someone quote unquote briefly.
It's not actually briefly to find out if their citizens if a set of circumstances exist to give them quote reasonable suspicion that the person might not be documented and that might not sound that bad on the surface But it's actually extremely bad because the court then went on to say in a short opinion by Justice Brett Kavanaugh that if a person is speaking Spanish
and looks like they're Latino, that might be enough as part of the totality of the circumstances to detain them.
Now that's a total violation of our basic equal protection principles.
There's no way you could arrest somebody on the basis of their racial or ethnic profile.
And yet the Supreme Court has said that that's permitted to ICE agents.
Then there are the loopholes that the Trump administration is exploiting to enable ICE to do what it's doing.
For example, ICE agents are supposed to have a warrant when they grab people up.
But there's a provision of the law that says if they have reason to believe that you might flee and not be able to be captured by them, then they can grab you up without a warrant.
There's also no law that explicitly says the ICE agents have to identify themselves.
There's no law that says they can't wear masks.
And so the Trump administration is taking advantage of these loopholes to perpetuate policies that nobody ever imagined would be in place previously in the United States of America.
Finally, there's Congress.
Congress could simply pass a law prohibiting ICE from doing the things that it's doing.
They could say that they can't stop people on the basis of racial or ethnic profiling.
They could say that ICE agents have to identify themselves.
They could specify that ICE agents always have to use a warrant, and they have done exactly none of those things.
So what can we actually do about ICE?
We have to make
ISIS conduct into a major issue in the 2026 and 2028 elections and pressure our elected officials and in particular Congress to make this a priority and change ISIS practices.
And here's another comment.
The reason they're not sharing the information is because this is federal.
No, it isn't.
It's not just federal.
The federal government can go along with the state government.
and investigate this whole issue.
It's not just one-sided.
You don't just take them out and say, no, you can't have it.
They are in this case.
Normally, they would not do this.
So we're not trying to make these things normal now.
Call in a question of what's going on out there.
Understand that.
ICE has a budget larger than the Marines and the FBI.
secret service inside the country to target citizens.
This is exactly what Victor Orban did in Hungary.

driving away from the scene, which is not what they're supposed to do.
I saw a lot of research, by the way, on the fact that this is a tactic used even way back when during the Obama administration of agents getting in front of a vehicle in order to have the excuse of using force to be able to shoot people.
They were doing it back during Obama.
So it's a tactic they're using.
And again, Ross wasn't in front of the vehicle.
He was on the side of the vehicle.
So, but it's a tactic and they're using everything they can against the American public.
I'm just stunned that this is happening.
You know, this is, again, just like our, our, our texter said, you know, we were supposed to use these guns that we have in this country against a tyrannical government.
I don't know.
What that definition means exactly, does it mean what we're going through now?
Is it what we're seeing defined by the Trump administration in this case?
I think so.
I'm not saying get out the guns.
I'm saying isn't this the government you said you needed the guns to defend

Let's get to, you know, we touched on this earlier about the big meeting with the oil companies, okay?

It's not good right now.
You know, you got a lot of changes to make first before we spend that kind of money going back in there and for how much time are we gonna be there for years or one year or six months?
You know, these are all really good questions.
But this, I thought, was another big slip by another CEO.

He has the most severe personality disorder actually that a human being can have.
It's called malignant narcissism.
It was originally introduced by Eric Frome, who escaped the Nazis to explain the psychology of Hitler.
and other murderous dictators like him.
It's actually not in the DSM.
It's kind of a historically obscure diagnosis.
But I happen to have studied with the person who was the world expert on malignant narcissism.
And so early on, when Trump was running for president in 2015, I recognized that this was essentially a meteor heading towards Earth.
because I knew just how destructive a malignant narcissistic leader can be to a country.
And I saw it as potentially fatal to our country.
And unfortunately, that seems to be potentially coming true.
It has four components.
Narcissism, of course, but also psychopathy, or we call it antisocial personality disorder.
So lying, breaking laws and norms, having no remorse for violating the rights of others.
Also paranoia.
And finally, sadism.
A lot of what he does is gleefully destructive and harmful.
And it actually gives him enormous pleasure to hurt people and to destroy things.
