I mean it it's like 51 degrees, but doesn't feel like it at all Just wore a flannel shirt over a t-shirt, and I'm and I'm good, you know Yeah, what a day yesterday though my god.
Did you do the yarn work?

So, yeah, that's the way the future looks at this point.
That's right.
We've got the Labor Day weekend next.
It's coming weekend.
It's filling in for Pete Schwab, but tonight and tomorrow.
That's right.
And we've got a lot of, uh, we've got a lot of tech news.
We've got a lot of movie star news, film news, got some great news.
And we have guests.

right.
Why
We do not have the writers though.
Okay.
We do not have my.
We don't have what?
We don't have my wife and her writing partner.
We were going to schedule them.
Oh.
But they ended up being very busy or just really, you know, not that interested.
So, you know, you could take your pick.
Your wife changed her mind.

No, I'm gonna I'll take a nap in the dentist chair I have a dental appointment in between you do the morning show and the evening show So we'll see how well I can talk tonight Cuz I think I'm putting it they're putting a crown in
doing some cavity work and then putting a crown.
Is it a permanent crown or is it a
Well, you know, I'm at the point now that, uh, my last visit getting a crown, uh, and it was replacement crown for a bad one that's split in half, uh, with a material they shouldn't have used for molars.
But anyway, the point is the point is, is there a point?
Okay.
They, they said, okay, we're going to put a temporary crown in and you can get same day crowns.
And that prevents all of the extra shots the second time in.
But I was going by a previous age.
They don't do that, I suppose, anymore.
I'm not sure.
But when you go in for the second visit to put the real crown in, they don't give you the shots all over again.
They just kind of take their hand and just wiggle the temp off.
It just snaps off.
They don't need anything else.
They just clean it up a little bit with the new crown in.
And that was like, I mean, I was so relieved.
I can't even tell you, I went out and partied that night.
I just couldn't, I couldn't believe it.
And I'm thinking, man, times have really changed in dentistry.
So.
Modern dentistry has come a long way.
Now I've got to ask Dr. Chris if he does the same thing without insulting him.
You don't give any shots the second time.

Oh, okay.

Well, let's talk about milk since we're talking about the Packers and your big celebration.
The last thing you'll be serving up, but milk production.
Milk production is up.
I even heard a story about the way.
Well, whey is very important at this point now too as well.
So they're getting an extra jazz up in milk producing.
Yeah, that's the timing is actually not too bad.
I was talking with one of our analysts last week and well, most dairy farmers will ring their hands when they hear about milk production in a month going up more than 3%.
Mike North, who's a fellow I talk with quite often from Everag, a dairy consulting firm, he's down in Platteville.
He says, you know, really, if you look at it, the timing is not too bad.
Think about it, kids are going back to school.
So all of a sudden the milk need for our school districts, obviously he's going to skyrocket.
That's not a bad
for our dairy producers at this time of the year.
Also, we are getting into football season.
although it may not be synonymous with dairy consumption, it sure does kind of toe the line pretty well when it comes to things like pizzas and all
tailgating activities.
So that definitely helps with milk consumption.
And then you alluded to the other one, whey.
So most people that have been around the dairy industry know that whey is a byproduct of the cheesemaking process.
Johnson's got an awful lot of it.
And the good news is that we have been finding all kinds of new values for way.
Once it's dried into powder, it's got a tremendous amount of protein.
So a lot of what is being used now is going into sport drinks.
If you read the side of many of your energy sport drinks, you will find it may say way and then some phrase after it, which basically means that it's been dried down, but with the.
Push for all of the Ozempics and those to GLP-1.
or whatever they're called that people are on to try to lose weight.
That is all about being on a protein driven diet.
So more and more consumers are looking for those high protein drinks or those high protein bars, whatever they can get their hands on.
And that has really buoyed up the demand on the way in the food industry side of things.
And that's actually turning into other spin products that you might have noticed.
Sometimes we call them
milk imitations.
But I not over the weekend, feature flavored oats as a be
diets and just want to kind of keep ticking off the weight loss.
That is a key component.
So although we did see a pretty sizable increase in milk production, not necessarily Wisconsin, but other regions that produce dairy.
Like I said, the timing for the use is not necessarily all that bad.
And believe it or not, although I cringe at the thought of bringing it up, this is also when some of our large
food processors and bakers will start coming to the market and laying in their supplies for the holidays because if you're if you're a Wisconsin cheese maker, you are thinking about what the holiday demand is going to look like for you and your employees and your supplies today because think about it.
You guys know this.
You enjoy it.
If you want an age cheddar or a medium cheddar or something like that.
Well, that baby's got to sit in an age.
for a certain period of time.
So a lot of the decisions that you and I will enjoy during the holidays are being made by our Wisconsin cheesemakers right now as far as the varieties they'll produce, what they're going to put into the aged caves now so that they can pull it out when we're ready to celebrate in a couple months.
Well,
happening?
It's not often that agriculture, per se, makes it into the headlines for some of those Fortune 500 companies, but it sure has been lately.
And you may notice it also in advertising.
Notice how more of the fast food chains are pushing anything but burgers.
They're pushing.
breakfast sandwiches, which normally would feature sausage or pork.
And in the boardrooms, they are talking about high costs of beef.
And now with a 75% tariff on Brazil, that's some of the kind of lean, we call it, that we blend in with ground beef.
Don't be surprised if you start to see more fast food menu tweaks coming to the big ones in the very near future as they go toward boardroom and earnings.

He's the Jack Brewer of the Jack Brewer Foundation The foundation's program unapologetically follows the commandments of Jesus Christ now I thought it was always Moses with the commandments But I guess you know Jesus somewhere along the way had a tablet that he was jotting stuff down
Anyway, it's surprising we haven't heard much about this group, the Jack Brewer Foundation.
After Trump closed the USAID, the Jack Brewer Foundation said nothing, even though they provide a similar service, providing food, orphan care, emergency rescue, and world relief stuff.
Maybe supporting Trump's America First agenda, which the Jack Brewer Foundation claims won't blindly dole out money without a return for the American people, like Jesus preaches, by the way, and that foreign assistance should be justified by making America safer, stronger, and more prosperous.
Oh boy, does that sound like Jesus or what?
Anyway, let's listen to Jack Brewer himself talk about the words of Jesus.
All right.
So what's the answer?
I mean, I know you have your Jack Brewer Foundation.
You work with kids after school.
But there's no substitute for family.
What can the government do?
What can the culture do?
It starts locally, first off in these schools.
These schools have to start back disciplining kids.
They took the paddle out of the school and everything collapsed.
We got to get the paddle back, Rachel.
Listen, corporal punishment is the only way when you have a knucklehead kid that's willing to rob you or me at gunpoint with a car full of kids or anyone else.
You see, these things don't happen in states like Florida.
You know why?
Because if you car jack me,
I'm liable to shoot you, no matter what your age is.
And that happens in Red Street.
When you take the Second Amendment away from so many citizens in these liberal cities, they can't protect these cells.
And so now these kids that don't have a fear of God, they're emboldened by the culture, by the music that they listen to, by the movies that they watch, by the culture that they take into their spirit, right?
None of these kids go to church on Sunday morning.
These kids don't have a fear of God.
These kids don't think about heaven and hell.
And that's the point.
problem in our nation.
We've let these liberals go so deep into removing God from schools.
Now these kids don't have spirituality.
We got to put the Ten Commandments back in our schools.
We got to get the fear of God back into the children of America, particularly the young black boys that look just like me and my son, where 71% of these kids are born without a father in a home.
Every black man in America should feel despicable.
about the reality that our culture right now is terrorizing the streets of America.
Well, there you go again.
There's a light in
Paddle back into the schools, I think.
And, you know, if you do something wrong, you know, people should have firearms and kill you.
So, you know, Jesus has taught all of this in the New Testament, a part that I missed somewhere along the way.
I don't remember that.
Sunday school.
So, you know,
And I'm thinking I'm thinking Smithsonian here, you know Trump wants to make the Smithsonian in American history more positive, right?
Did anybody hear a positive message in any of that?
Yeah.

All right, let's go to the Christian nationalism, okay?
We've seen the rise of Christian nationalism before but never an administration that backs the idea wholeheartedly.
Now Mother Jones magazine investigates the Christian nationalist movement that aspires to take over government at all levels from school boards and state legislatures to Congress and the Supreme Court.
Let's
So let's find out more from Mother Jones.
Okay.
Yes, there are Christian nationalist influencers.
Let me introduce you to the Theo Bros.
We can't force people to have faith in Christ, but we can as a people order that.
I'd rather have a Christian monarchy.
We could argue that now is a time to arms again.
So the Theobros are a group of mostly millennial Christian pastors and influencers.
Many of them, most of them even will tell you that they are that they are Christian nationalists.
We are indeed Christian nationalists.
They're purposefully extreme and extremely online.
So they're obviously connected to JD Vance.
There's this group called the Rockbridge Network of JD Vance.
is was a founder, Peter Thiel is involved, and I think it's important to say that not all of them hold every belief.
That being said, I think some common beliefs that I have encountered are that we should be repealing the 19th Amendment.
They'll talk about the dead Constitution and how the Ten Commandments should take its place.
Some of
them talk about prison reform and by prison reform they mean
public flogging instead of prison.
Some of them talk about executing heretics.
Involved in that is also execution of gay people.
America is a nation.
It is a group of people with a common history and a common
future.
Doug Wilson is sort of like the boomer who passed the torch.
He has sort of built his own little Christian fiefdom in Moscow, Idaho.
Creating a legal framework in which people could create intentional communities where they could build something.
It would be a good idea to allow people to experiment.
But he's also built this other type of blueprint for Christian nationalist influencing.
The left is the cancer and Trump is the chemo.
There you go.
There you go.
He's taking some
of
these ideas.
He's really making them for a broader audience and for a younger audience.
Godly women want to feed their men.
Godly women are designed to make the sandwiches.
What?
When women were granted the right to vote, we were so much we thought we were giving the franchise to women.
in fact, taking it away from families.
foremost, because I'm a Christian.
If we had a Christian nation and women could vote, then within 50 years we would no longer have a Christian nation.
You bought into an idea that it's liberating to leave an eight-week-old baby to go work 90 hours a week at Goldman Sachs.
You've been had.
You have women who think that truly the liberationist path is to spend 90 hours a week working in a cubicle at McKinsey instead of starting a family and having children.
To me, what it is, is sort of a value system to replace the fact that they're all fundamentally atheist, diagnostic.
The people who are most deranged and most psychotic are people who don't have kids.
There's so much more to this story, including connections to Project 2025, more about the web of JD Vance and Theo Bros.
that I can't even dream of touching on in a video like this.

In the old days, Chris Hedges, author and journalist, did stories about dominionism and that is where religious folk
put together these huge communities and they wanted to create cities, massive cities that were run by the Bible, Jesus, and therefore the Constitution.
Laws that are developed in this country no longer apply right because they have the freedom of religion and none of these laws apply in their communities That's a dominionism.
So that kind of faded away, but no boy.

I just can't believe this.
There is a memo out to the Democrats.
Boy, I tell you, they're bumping in the walls.
Anyway, they have a list of words Democrats should stop saying.
and come up with this list.
I don't know.
I don't know and I don't care.
They're just bumping into walls as usual.
What is going on with these people?
All you have to do is just be honest, tell it like it is.
I mean, you have the easiest agenda in the world at this point.
Tell me the Trump administration hasn't handed you the world in issues.
Anyway, here are the words not to be said.
Body shaming, sis gender.
Holding space.
I may have even heard of that one.
And never say LGBTQIA plus or intersectionality.
Incorporated people.
Systems of oppression.
The unhoused never mentioned that.
Or, and this is a good one, don't bring up pregnant people.
What?
I don't know what that means, you know, maybe there's
You know, why, here's the other thing, and I'm sorry to bring this up to the Democrats, but a lot of these terms are used by mega.
Yeah, against of against liberals and progressives and pro-democracy individuals, right?
So it's not it's not our language.
This is the language they've chosen for us.
So get get off of this

So.
Oh yeah, what happened?
So we had a little different experience.
Originally we were at the Chippewa Valley Air Show and and we had
planned right in B 25 medium bomber, which is World War two from the CAF and St.
Paul, which was which was incredible.
I mean, I'm a huge World War two plane fan.
And so I was really pumped up, really excited.
And and the B 25 flew in the crew came in and and we got to the point I had the jumpsuit on.
And I was so excited.
And then they had an engine problem where they something was in the fuel line.
And it was just something minor.
But then
I mean, I was ready to board.
Wow.
And they called it off.
Oh, no.
Yeah, but if you think about it, the plane has an engine problem.
Do you really want to go on it?
I
didn't really want him
getting on this plane.
I was
really going to take a chance.
I mean, they said it was minor, you know?
Yeah.
They just flew in.
I mean, so.
Yeah.
But she's got a good point.
You have really good point.
Right?
I wasn't
going.
Oh, I was I was so ready.
I mean, this is like a chance of lifetime.
Yeah.
And I read all the books in the library.
You know, I knew all my planes.
I knew everything about me.
And I was so excited.
And this is one of the best restored planes out there.
So I was really excited.
But but disappointed.
So so in comes, we're just sitting there, you know, kind of waiting.
And then I, I hear we start flying in from a distance.
And if you know, you know, you see in the movies and stuff, you hear the the blades coming in from
way far out, and then they came in and landed.
And I was busy looking at the B-25, taking photos.
So
I was talking to the pilot.
The pilot walked over from this Huey.
And he said, you want to go for a ride?
And I'm like, yeah.
didn't even think about it.
I'm scared to death of heights.
I didn't even think about it.
We started walking.
I grabbed him.
I said, we're going.
No.
Yes, well, it's Vietnam.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And this particularly Huey was from the helicopter conservancy in New Richmond, which is almost to the Twin Cities.
And it's one of the
last ones, I guess.
It's they believe it's the oldest Huey flying from the Vietnam War.
Wow.
Right.
Yeah.
So we walked over across the tarmac.
And I didn't realize how tall they are.
And I asked the guy, I said,
No, you have a step stool, right?
And
he said, he said, you know, it's good when he says, ma'am, ma'am, no, we do not have a step stool.
So
I should meet up there.
And it was an experience of a lifetime.
Yeah.
I loved it.
Scared of heights and everything.
They don't shut the doors.
I wasn't nervous.
I thought it was the best thing ever.
Yeah.
He was scared to death.
Yeah, but things like that don't bother me.
But what scared me was, OK, we're flying with the doors open.
Yes, yes.
Are you standing in the door, actually?
We're sitting next to the door.
Yeah, but
the doors are there.
Yeah, it's open.
And I had an outside.
I told her to go inside.
I knew she wasn't crazy about heights.
And I'm like, OK, I'll take the outside.
I would have taken the outside after knowing how it was.
It
was
so fun.
And the seat is literally inches from the doors open, you know, so but but what really got me was when they started showing us the seat belts Now first of all imagine a like, you know a mousetrap with a lover.
Yeah, you know that snaps Okay, so the seat belts come together, but they have this little lover that's in a mousetrap that has a hook
that goes through the opposite side, just a hole, but this little little mousetrap metal thing snaps into a just a groove and another piece of metal, and it just kind of clicks in there.
And he's like, okay, you know, and this was all you do.
I'm
like, well,
that's simple, because I'm like, where's the like shoulder harnesses, right?
He's like, well, well, there's no shoulder harnesses.
This is it.
But, and here's where it really got me.
So it
scary looking?
Well, it's solid, it's durable, but what got me was when you snap that little lever that holds the hook in, it just barely snaps in.
I mean, we're talking about, you know, a half a moon where it just kind of sits in, but when he said, be careful, you know, because if you bump it, it'll come loose.
And I'm like, I'm flying.
in this thing and so I'm holding my elbows up you know because I'm like oh I don't want to hit it especially when we're turning we're in the air we're two thousand feet off the ground
and
we're returning we're leaning on my side looking over I'm like I'm holding my elbows up I'm like oh don't hit it don't hit it you know because because he showed us how easy it was just to kind of snap it
70 years.
Oh yeah it has but I don't want anything to happen on
to the first time with me, you know, because it just- Where does it
that's
just excited we found something that he's scared of.
that and ghosts.
Well,
Just one little story.
Just experienced on Friday.
Yeah, we were down in Racine at the library looking at the little golden books.
Everybody knows what the little
golden
books are.
Okay, so they have the only collection and they're locked in a cabinet.
And they said that the paranormal explorers had been there and hit on the cabinet.
And we couldn't get the cabinet open.
Nobody in the library, everybody had the key, nobody could open it.
We were doing an interview for, we do a TV segment with What's Brewing NBC in Milwaukee.
And the whole crew was trying to get it open.
And we're like, just leave it alone.
It's fine, we don't want to open it.
