Earl is joined in the second hour by journalist and Senior Fellow at Marquette Law, Alan Borsuk, to discuss public education in the state and across the country. They talk about truancy, racial discrepancies in education, and the importance in investing in children early.

Alan Borsuk worked for 37 years at the Milwaukee Journal and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as a reporter, columnist, and editor. Now he writes a weekly education column for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, as well as writes and conducts public policy research for the Marquette Law School.
