The Devil's Advocates Radio Show

Chuck Chvala sticks with the Devils through the hour to continue breaking down the new legislative maps. But before we get there, a bit of breaking news: SCOTUS has ruled that Trump will be on the ballot for the 2024 presidential election. Crute says that this is a good call, and of course he has to gloat a little bit, as he did see this coming.

While the SCOTUS ruling was expected, at least by Crute, the new maps bring a new day to Wisconsin says Chvala. Over in Dom's neck of the woods in Milwaukee, Democrats may finally be able to take some Senate seats away from the Democrats. Those WOW counties that have been Walkerland for years now? They're starting to become more and more blue. And with the new maps, at least one of those areas might even turn Blue in the next election.

Turning to the national news of the day, while today's SCOTUS ruling was expected, it is still concerning. When the conservative justices go so far that they lose Barrett, you know they're going too far. Let's just hope they have a bit more integrity when they take up the absolute immunity case...

Oh, and did you hear? Nikki Haley finally won a primary! Right in the highly-sought after District of Columbia! Don't look at the only 2000 people who actually voted in that race though... surly she can keep this momentum into Super Tuesday!
