Yesterday the Senate voted against a measure to constrain Trump’s authorities in Iran by using the War Power Act. We discuss what this does for the strikes against Iran and what it signals for the future of Congress needing to approve military action in 60 days. Also, a case against former President Biden over use of an autopen has failed.

Gabe Rottman, vice president of policy at Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, joins to explain SLAPP laws and how they effect freedom of speech and freedom of the press.
