Yesterday Kristi Noem was in a hearing where she was questioned about ICE activity in Minnesota. We look at the mental gymnastics she is using to try to defend herself. In that hearing she was grilled by some Republicans. We also look at another Trump administration flip flop, this one regarding challenges to executive orders.
