More Wisconsin sheriffs are agreeing to work with ICE, 19 of 72 counties in the state are agreeing to a program that allows local law enforcement to work with ICE. The presence of ICE in the Chippewa Valley is especially apparent, so we talk to Gerardo "Lalo" Licon from the advocacy group El Centro de Conexion de Chippewa Valley.
