We welcome back Judge Derek Mosley to talk through an unfortunate incident that happened at this year's Wisconsin State Fair - where a cow named "Jigaboo" managed to be named that, be submitted to contests at the fair, be judged and be awarded without anyone recognizing that the cow's name was a racial slur. As someone who goes across the state and the country educating people on implicit bias and racism, Derek addresses how this is just another indicator of the importance of knowing our collective history.
