Republican lawmakers who control the Legislature's powerful budget-writing committee approved a plan Thursday that cuts income taxes for Wisconsin residents by $3.5 billion through a plan that focuses its largest reductions for the state's wealthiest filers. While each tax bracket gets a cut the average filer will see around a $572 tax break. We discuss how much in taxes you would have to get back for it to make a difference in your household budget.
