Were people locked up, and then able to get out? No. But, it does open people up to getting scholarships, and other things blocked by having a felony on their record.

Jonathan Sutter, founder of Traveling Wiki, which provides travel resources for people with autism. He talks about why he decided to start a free resource for helping people fly, and the importance having access to air travel in everyone's lives.
