The River Valley School District will be offering free developmental screenings for children Wednesday (March 25).

If you live in the River Valley School District and have any concerns, staff will provide play-based screenings that look at speech and language, preschool readiness, motor skills, self-help skills, and social development. If there are concerns raised in the screening and further tests are needed, you may be able to receive it within the River Valley District. Appointments are required for developmental screenings.

To schedule a screening, call the River Valley Elementary Office at 608-588-2559. The River Valley School District is also registering Pre-K and Kindergarten students for the 2026-2027 school year.
