
Grant County seeks applicants for open seats on the Board of Adjustment
Grant County is seeking applicants to fill open seats on the Board of Adjustment, which hears and decides variance requests, special exception requests, and appeals related to the County Code. One member and two alternative seats are open for three year terms. The Board meets as needed, typically a few times per year. Members receive per diem for each meeting, and mileage reimbursement.
To be eligible, applicants must: reside in Grant County; and live in a town, applicants may not reside in an incorporated city or village. only one Board of Adjustment member per town is permitted.
Interested individuals should submit a letter of interest, including brief background information, to either: the Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Department, or Grant County Human Resources Department. Selected individuals will be appointed by the Grant County Board.
