Nonprofit organizations looking to strengthen their impact and build capacity for the future now have a new opportunity through Catalyst Grants, a collaborative program between The Innovation Lab and the Alliant Energy Foundation. Designed to help mission-driven organizations move ideas forward, Catalyst Grants provide nonprofits with access to customized strategy, innovation and organizational development support. Rather than offering traditional financial grants alone, the program invests in the long-term success of nonprofits by providing facilitated innovation that helps organizations solve challenges, align leadership and accelerate progress.

Through the Catalyst Grants program, selected nonprofits will receive Innovation Works sessions ranging from focused one-day strategy experiences to extended engagements supporting organizational growth and capacity building. The program is designed to help nonprofits address critical needs such as: Strategic planning and organizational alignment; Operational and process improvements; Sustainable funding and revenue strategies; Program innovation and community impact expansion; and Leadership and board engagement. Each Catalyst Grant experience is customized to the goals and challenges of the participating organization and facilitated by The Innovation Lab.

Nonprofits interested in participating in the Alliant Energy Catalyst Grants program are encouraged to apply by May 1. Eligible applicants must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating within a community served by Alliant Energy.
