WAUTOMA, Wis (WAUH)- A 33-year-old Fond du Lac woman is serving time at Taycheedah Correctional Institution for providing fentanyl to a 34-year-old Waushara County man which resulted in the man’s death.

In December Andi Marie Anthony pled no contest to second degree reckless homicide and two counts of felony bail jumping. Waushara County Judge Guy Dutcher sentenced her to 10 years in prison and 8 years of extended supervision.

Charges stemmed from a medical call on March 12th of 2024. Sheriff’s deputies and medical personnel arrived on the scene and found the man dead. An autopsy and toxicology report confirmed the man died of a fentanyl overdose. Sheriff’s detectives were able to link Anthony to the fentanyl.
