Wilton Named Green Lake Main Street Director

RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- The Green Lake Area Chamber of Commerce this week announced Mark Wilton has stepped into the role of Main Street Director.

Wilton had been the Chamber’s executive director. He will be focusing on the revitalization of downtown Green Lake. He brings his strengths in marketing strategy, relationship-building, and a deep passion for the community to initiatives to the position.

The Green Lake Chamber made several moves this month promoting Angie Evans to Chamber and Visitor Bureau Director and Kylie Kline to Marketing Manager.

The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation in May chose Green Lake and Sun Prairie for its Main Street program. The two communities joined over 30 others participating in the downtown revitalization program.

To help with the Main Street program the Green Lake Area Chamber of Commerce had hired Paula Bilodeau as its revitalization manager. It is a part-time role.
