RIPON, Wis. (WRPN) – Dodge County Sheriff’s officials tell us a 64-year-old Janesville woman was killed when her SUV collided with a dump truck in the town of Burnett late Friday morning.

It happened at the intersection of County Highway I and County Highway E. The SUV was heading north on County Highway I and the dump truck was going west on County Highway E.

County Highway E has the right-of-way, with stop signs posted on County Highway I. Investigators are determining whether the woman stopped at the stop signs. She died at the scene.

The 66-year-old Randolph man driving the dump truck was taken to the Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam with non-life-threatening injuries. Deputies were dispatched to the scene at 11:26 Friday morning.
