Teen Driver Killed in Dodge County Crash

RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- An 18-year-old Watertown resident was killed in a single car crash in Dodge County’s Town of Shields Saturday evening.
According to the Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to the crash site on County Road Q and Pit Road just before 6:30 pm. They learned the vehicle left the road and struck several trees.
It came to rest about 50 yards off the roadway in a heavily wooded area. The driver died at the scene. A name was not released.
