
Three Injured in Dodge County Crash
RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- Three people were taken to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries following a two car crash in Dodge County’s Town of Lowell Thursday morning.
According to the Sheriff’s Office it happened on State Highway 16/60 at County Highway KW. A 17-year-old girl driving a Chevy Cobalt north on County Highway KW failed to yield right-of-way from a stop sign and struck a Toyota Camry that was heading east on State Highway 16/60.
The driver and sole-occupant of the Camry, a 42-year-old Columbus woman, was taken to Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam. The Chevy’s driver was taken to UW Children’s Hospital and her passenger, a 16-year-old boy, was flown to Children’s Hospital.
Names were not released due to the involvement of juveniles. The crash remains under investigation. Deputies were dispatched to the scene at 6:41 Thursday morning.
