Motorcyclists Sought in Two Counties
RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- Sheriff’s departments in Fond du Lac and Dodge County are asking for the public’s help in identifying motorcycle operators driving well above the speed limit.
On August 17th a Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s deputy tried to stop a motorcyclist for a traffic violation. The biker increased their speed to over 100 miles an hour and began weaving in and out of traffic. There was a pursuit but it was terminated.
As you can see in the photo above the motorcyclist appeared to have a Go Pro camera on top of the helmet they were wearing and what appeared to be a handgun stashed on a belt. Tips can be called into 920-906-4664 extension 9090 or if you wish to remain anonymous 920-906-4777.

In Dodge County Sunday afternoon a motorcyclist fled from a sheriff’s deputy trying to stop the bike for going 74 miles an hour in a 55 mile an hour zone on State Highway 26 at County Highway B.
A pursuit was terminated after three miles due to the recklessness of the motorcycle operator. Anyone with information is asked to call the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office at 920-386-3726.
