RICHLAND CENTER, Wis (WRCO Entertainment) – Welcome to cooking with Hank. Do you have the hunger? Hank can feed you!

The “I’m Tired but Hungry” Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of bread or a tortilla
  • Peanut butter (or any nut butter you have)
  • Banana slices (or apple if that’s all you have)
  • Honey or a drizzle of syrup
  • Optional: chocolate chips or a sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Spread peanut butter on the bread/tortilla like it owes you money.
  2. Lay the banana slices on top. Try not to stare too long and question your life choices.
  3. Drizzle honey or syrup because, yes, life can be sweet even at 2:30 a.m.
  4. Add chocolate chips or cinnamon if you’re feeling fancy—or a little reckless.
  5. Fold it, roll it, or just shove it in your mouth standing in front of the fridge.

Funny commentary:

  • “This snack is proof that even a zombie version of yourself can make something tasty.
  • “It’s healthy-ish, delicious, and only slightly embarrassing. Mostly.
  • “Eat it while whispering, ‘I am an adult,’ to yourself. It helps.
